Just a quick note of upcoming SJW happenings.

Wednesday, Dec. 4th, 5:30-6:30pm @ Boogie Down Productions
Lululemon's 12 Days of Fitness Promotion!
Attend class and get your name in a drawing for a $200 Lululemon outfit!

Friday, Dec. 6th, 6:30-8:30pm, Wahiawa Christmas Parade

Meet Debbie at Ka`ala Elementary (by 6pm) for the start of the parade at 6:30.  Look for the truck decorated with SJW banners.  Dance your way through the route and spread some SJW Christmas cheer!  Don't forget to wear your SJW gear with holiday accessories or if you don't have a SJW shirt, Christmas colors will be fine.

Saturday, Dec. 7th, 5:30-6:30pm, SJW Demo at the Town Center of Mililani

Debbie is holding her second of 4 demos and welcomes anyone who can kökua!  Meet at the gazebo!

Sunday, Dec. 8th, 3:00-4:00pm, Class at Mana Fitness

Make sure you get to class. During this time of the year, you deserve to swerk off some stress!

Punahou Fitness Center & Mililani Classes to START!

Hey there, SWERKers!

Our SJW `ohana is expanding!

First...
You asked for it... You GOT IT!  Double-header Mondays!

Punahou Fitness Center has been kind enough to allow us a one month trial period, so for November, let's JAM at their wonderful facility!

So right after BDP class, we'll rush over (street parking and $2 parking in their structure available) and yes, punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in).

And in true SJW style, you DON'T have to be a gym member... Awwwwriiigght!!!
Just see Maile and Deanna at the entrance, sign in and you're good to go.

Then...
Debbie's Tuesday night classes are READY to ROCK!
Of course, SJW punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in), Mililani Waena, 6:45pm.

Mililani and `Ewa have been the two most requested areas for classes, so we're glad to be able to oblige at least one!  Support our sis, Debbie, and get out there and JAM!

Free Demos @ The Town Center of Mililani...

Our Tita, Debbie Rosario, is about ready to get her Tuesday SJW classes ROLLIN'!!!

To promo this, she and the crew will be holding free demo classes at The Town Center of Mililani (in the gazebo area).

This Saturday will be the first one (5:30-6:30pm).
