Punahou Fitness Center & Mililani Classes to START!

Hey there, SWERKers!

Our SJW `ohana is expanding!

First...
You asked for it... You GOT IT!  Double-header Mondays!

Punahou Fitness Center has been kind enough to allow us a one month trial period, so for November, let's JAM at their wonderful facility!

So right after BDP class, we'll rush over (street parking and $2 parking in their structure available) and yes, punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in).

And in true SJW style, you DON'T have to be a gym member... Awwwwriiigght!!!
Just see Maile and Deanna at the entrance, sign in and you're good to go.

Then...
Debbie's Tuesday night classes are READY to ROCK!
Of course, SJW punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in), Mililani Waena, 6:45pm.

Mililani and `Ewa have been the two most requested areas for classes, so we're glad to be able to oblige at least one!  Support our sis, Debbie, and get out there and JAM!

Free Demos @ The Town Center of Mililani...

Our Tita, Debbie Rosario, is about ready to get her Tuesday SJW classes ROLLIN'!!!

To promo this, she and the crew will be holding free demo classes at The Town Center of Mililani (in the gazebo area).

This Saturday will be the first one (5:30-6:30pm).

Another UFC class has been added starting April 17th.

Wednesday nights, 7:00pm.

Our Monday classes have been CRAY at UFC... BEAST MODE!

We've been seeing some unreal attendance numbers!  Fortunately, their group exercise room can hold quite a few people!

Still just $5!  Unfortunately, our punch cards cannot be used at UFC Gym at this time.  Maybe in the future?  We'll see.

Of course, SJW punch cards can be used at our Boogie Down Productions and Mana Fitness classes.

So we'll see you all there!
