Boy, can you believe it's DECEMBER already?

To kick off this final stretch before the holiday break, we're offering TWO classes tonight.

Our usual at Boogie Down Productions, 5:30-6:30pm.

And we're still awaiting official word from Punahou Fitness for an extension, but until then, class will be offered tonight, 7-8:00pm.  This is a trial period based on their approval and attendance.

Join us and SWERK off some holiday stress!

Punahou Fitness Center & Mililani Classes to START!

Hey there, SWERKers!

Our SJW `ohana is expanding!

First...
You asked for it... You GOT IT!  Double-header Mondays!

Punahou Fitness Center has been kind enough to allow us a one month trial period, so for November, let's JAM at their wonderful facility!

So right after BDP class, we'll rush over (street parking and $2 parking in their structure available) and yes, punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in).

And in true SJW style, you DON'T have to be a gym member... Awwwwriiigght!!!
Just see Maile and Deanna at the entrance, sign in and you're good to go.

Then...
Debbie's Tuesday night classes are READY to ROCK!
Of course, SJW punch cards will be accepted (or $5 drop in), Mililani Waena, 6:45pm.

Mililani and `Ewa have been the two most requested areas for classes, so we're glad to be able to oblige at least one!  Support our sis, Debbie, and get out there and JAM!

2 FREE Events on Saturday, Oct. 26th

You know we LOOOOVE that werd... FREE!  So here goes:

Join us and GreenFleet Hawai`i for this annual, family event!  A variety of FUN RUNS for all!

SJW will be warming up the runners from 6:30-7am, then periodically jamming routines as the runners return and all throughout the morning.

Then...

PUNAHOU FITNESS CENTER

We'll be joining our new friends at PFC for their Halloween dance-fitness event.  It runs from 10:30am-1pm and SJW's set is from 11:30-12noon. Please let Mara or Bruddah know (in person, via FB message or email) if you're interested in attending so they can get a head count.
