It's DECEMBER... So you know what THAT means?!

SJW special give-aways for our loyal SWERKers and an adjustment to the class schedules.

First... Mara Kalikimaka & Charli Christmas!
Both Kumu will be giving away free single class coupons & $20 punchcards all month.  Each time you attend class, your name will be entered into the "pot".  The more you show up, the more entry forms you'll have... The BETTER your chances of winning! But you need to be IN CLASS to collect your prize. Just a little incentive to keep everyone SWERKing to help ease the stress of the holidays.

Next... Our holiday schedules:
O`ahu = The LAST class of 2014 will be @ BDP on Wednesday, Dec. 17th.  Classes will resume on Sunday, Jan. 4th.
Maui = Charli will not be holding class on 12/25 & 12/29.  All other classes will occur as scheduled, including Jan. 1st.  What a way to SWERK OFF the NEW YEAR!

SJW classes are on break right now, but we do have ONE MORE opportunity to SWERK before the end of 2013.  You need to join us on Monday, December 23rd at Windward Mall in Käne`ohe.

E OLA KOA, Kamehameha Elementary's Keiki Dance Fitness Team, will be hosting an hour long FREE session from 6:30-7:30pm (center atrium stage).

Let's support these AWESOME keiki and their director, Gayla Traylor, who will also be inviting SJW up on stage to lead a few routines!

Lululemon's 12 Days of Fitness Promotion!
Attend class and get your name in a drawing for a $200 Lululemon outfit!

Friday, Dec. 6th, 6:30-8:30pm, Wahiawa Christmas Parade

Meet Debbie at Ka`ala Elementary (by 6pm) for the start of the parade at 6:30.  Look for the truck decorated with SJW banners.  Dance your way through the route and spread some SJW Christmas cheer!  Don't forget to wear your SJW gear with holiday accessories or if you don't have a SJW shirt, Christmas colors will be fine.

Saturday, Dec. 7th, 5:30-6:30pm, SJW Demo at the Town Center of Mililani

Debbie is holding her second of 4 demos and welcomes anyone who can kökua!  Meet at the gazebo!

Sunday, Dec. 8th, 3:00-4:00pm, Class at Mana Fitness

Make sure you get to class. During this time of the year, you deserve to swerk off some stress!

Here are some O`ahu updates for the week:

Sunday, Dec. 16th
Yes, Mana Fitness class is ON!  3:00pm.  See you there!

Monday, Dec. 17th
Our last Monday classes of the year... 5:30pm at Boogie Down Productions and 7:00 at UFC Gym.

Wednesday, Dec. 19th
Our last Wednesday classes of the year... 5:30pm at Ballet Hawai`i and 5:30 at BDP.

Thursday, Dec. 20th
Central YMCA class as usual, 6:30pm.

Friday, Dec. 21st
BDP Friday class is pau for the year.  Still uncertain if it will be resumed in 2013.

Don't forget:  During the holidays, MANA FITNESS classes will be ongoing.  So if you "townies" need your SJW fix, we suggest you take a drive to the windward side!
