If you aren't a UFC Gym member, this would be an ideal time to check out their facility. Have you ever seen a real MMA fighting ring? They've got one!
Be sure to get there early if you aren't familiar with the parking situation. If the limited amount of stalls on the side of the gym are full, there is lots of (metered) parking in the surrounding area. Please be sure to read all posted signs, but for the most part, parking is free after 5:00pm.
