Due to CPT America's return home (aka Mara's hubby, 1SG Chang) for a short military leave from his deployment to Afghanistan, there will be NO class this Sunday, October 21 @ Mana Fitness in Käne`ohe. Sunday class will resume the following Sunday (Oct. 28) and all other classes will not be affected.
Mahalo for understanding Mara's need to spend quality time with her `ohana!
