Saturday, August 10 - American Heart Association Heart Walk @ Kapi`olani Park
We'll be swerking in the University Health Alliance tent (from 8:15-8:35am) as well as on the main stage (8:45-9:00am). Please see the UHA agenda listed here:
Saturday, August 10 - Zumba Convention "FUN"draiser for Debbie Au Rosario @ Mililani Waena Elementary
Our dear friend (and SJW Kumu in training) Debbie Rosario is going to the Zumba Convention in Orlando, FL and we want to help her get there! A donation of $10 and you get to JAM with us (along with Zumba and R.I.P.P.E.D. instructors) from 6:30-8:30pm to be followed by a pot-luck.

Saturday, August 17 - Kamehameha Relay for Life @ KS-Kapälama (Könia Field)
We're sharing the stage with Gayla Traylor and E OLA KOA (Kamehameha Elementary Keiki Dance Fitness Team) from 7-8:00pm. SJW also has its own set from 9:30-10pm.
Saturday, August 24 - UH Mänoa "5-2-1-0" Rehearsal at Cooke Field
The organizers are trying to get about 500 people to swerk our routine at the first UH Football game of the season. SJW created the choreography for this healthy lifestyles initiative. Practice will be from 3-5:00pm, but you can get an early start by studying the video tutorials.

Drill Team Hawai`i, Kamehameha Schools Children's Chorus, E Ola Koa and various other schools will be participating. We need some SJW peopz out there, too!
Thursday, August 29 - UH Football Season Opener
Please let Mara know ahead of time if you're planning on joining us on the field. Names need to be submitted to security to allow you access at the stadium. Of course, attendance at the August 24th rehearsal is required. Mahalo!
