No Mana Fitness Class TODAY...

Just a "Friendly Isle" reminder:  Mama Mara is still on Moloka`i, so there is NO CLASS today (June 16) at Mana Fitness in Käne`ohe.

Unfortunately, she'll also be gone to TEXAS next week Sunday (June 23) so that Mana class is cancelled as well.

But, have no fear:  Sunday Mana classes will resume the last weekend of the month (June 30).

No other classes will be affected.  Trankie and Crew will handle.
