SJW is proud to announce the return of PONO OLA FEST. Come September 15, from 11-5pm at Windward Mall, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a day of fitness classes, along with a number of health-related information tables... entirely for FREE!
You'll be happy to know that along with Street Jamz Werkout, the infamous E Ola Koa crew (from Kamehameha Elementary) will be rockin' Zumbatomics, as well as other instructors leading different genres of dance-fitness... such as Hot Hula Fitness, Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold. But hang on to your seats! For the very first time we're going to be featuring BodyCombat... one mean workout inspired from mixed martial arts!
And in true SJW fashion, there will be a few surprises at this event, so be prepared!
