We have yet another summer surprise for our friends on Maui! Come August 11th, Street Jamz Werkout will be partnering with the University of Hawai‘i Maui College Wellness Center, Pai Ka Mana, Q103 and Valley Isle Runners to bring to you WHOA! - Wellness & Health Opportunities Affair, happening @ UHMC's campus from 7am-noon.
WHOA! is a free event for the Maui Community and will include a number of fun activities related to health to include:
A 5K run-n-walk
Exhibits-n-info tables
An Open House to participate in UHMC Wellness Center's following classes: Boot Camp, Turbo Kick, Tone & Tighten, Dance with Me, Freestyle Fitness, Yoga, Muai Thai, Pilates, R.I.P.P.E.D, Hot Hula Fitness and your very own Street Jamz Werkout
Swerk it Out sessions with SJW (Session 1: 8-9am, Session 2: 9:30-10:30am, Session 3: 11:00-12:00pm)
Obstacle course
