Out to Kailua for a Jam-A-Thon...

So the crew,

Bright-eyed n bushy tailed, headed over to Kainalu Elementary to do a couple of sets for the Lanikai Canoe Club Women's Long Distance Program Jam-A-Thon.  As IF we weren't up until the weeeee hours of the morning the night before *cough* *cough*, *wink* *wink*!  We all took it in stride, again for a great cause.  So yup, yup, in true SJW fashion, we swerked it...

More SJW goodness comin' at ya...

Here ye, here ya,

SJW is comin at ya with more goodness!  Awhile back, SJW made an appearance at a Jam-A-Thon for the ladies from the Lanikai Canoe Club. Well, guess what?  We're doing it again!  So come one, come all!  There will be an awesome plethora of fitness opportunities, including yours truly, Turbo Kick, BodyCombat and good ole Zumba!  So stop by, donate what you can, support the paddling ladies, and get one awesome workout!

Swerkin it at Kainalu Elementary for a good cause...

Today part of the crew headed on over to Kailua's Kainalu Elementary,

To show support for the Wahine Hoe Wa'a crew as they raised funds for the Hawai'iki Nui Race in Tahiti.  The day included kickboxing, Zumba and good ole Street Jamz Werkout to get the crowd movin' and sweatin.
