And we're proud to announce yet another opportunity for you all to get your swerkout on!  SJW will be offered on two Fridays in June (the 15th & 22nd) from 9:45-10:45am at the Kalihi YMCA.  (Free to all YMCA members, fees apply for non-members.)  So if you've been following us with all of our daytime offerings, here's a recap:

Special morning SJW classes at Central YMCA...

Whew,

SJW is bangin' out the summer surprises for all you wonderful peopz!  This time we're happy to announce that we'll be running two, very special SJW "low impact" classes at 8am at Central YMCA on Monday, June 11, and on Monday, June 25.  These two classes are free for all YMCA members, fees apply for non-members.  So be sure to take advantage of these awesome offers!

Street Jamz Werkout at YMCA Jam-a-Thon...

Come December 17,

Street Jamz Werkout will be amongst the mix of dance fitness at Central YMCA from 10:00-12:00pm.  For a whoppin' $5 you'll have the opportunity to learn a nice stew of dance fitness including Street Jamz Werkout, Zumba, Techno Samba, Reggaeton, Bollywood and Salsa, just to name a few.  The event is for anyone and everyone, including non-YMCA members.  For all of you Street Jamz diehards, we'll be on stage at 10:50am, so come and join the crew!
