Class is CANCELLED
So for those of you participating in the Missy Elliot routine for Saturday's Ala Moana show, we'll see you at BDP for practice. BUT... If you are concerned about driving, please stay home and just let Mara know on the FB message thread. A`ole pilikia... We'll catch you up this week.
But, SJW Mana Fitness class is cancelled for today. It really is too wet in Käne`ohe... and all over... So we will not be holding class.
ALSO... Next Sunday's Mana class has to be cancelled because studio owner GINA is hosting an event, so the next Mana class will be Sunday, November 2nd at 3pm. So sorry for any inconvenience!
