Due to our involvement with the Honolulu Dance Studio/Boogie Down Productions summer dance concert, there will be no classes on O`ahu for about a week.
Please note: MAUI classes will be held as usual.

We will RESUME classes starting Sunday, August 3rd @ Mana Fitness.
If you are interested in seeing this dance concert, the Saturday 11am show is the only one left with seats available.
