Droppin' Weight for the Knights Recap...
If you weren't at the Droppin' Weight for the Knights' Jam-A-Thon this past Saturday,
Then you bettah ask somebody! This Jam-A-Thon event, especially created for the Knights, was to raise funds for their wrestling team's travel expenses to an Invitational Tournament on Maui. SJW, along with a number of other Zumba instructors, all joined hands for this worthy cause.
In true Jam-A-Thon fashion, there were back to back Street Jamz Werkout and Zumba routines, and everyone (even the wrestling team) got their sweat on!
So much thanks to all of you swerkaholics who stopped by for the cause! SJW was truly honored to be a part of this event!
Okay peopz, we had to throw this in there. During the Jam-A-Thon, right next door there was an open market going on. The crew stopped on by to grab a bite for lunch, and low and behold we came across this vendor. Three words, "Oh, my, gooshness!" The Buk Buk Kitchen (you gotta love the name) is a family run business, how cool is that?! These awesome n friendly peopz also do catering and have an entire menu of goodies to order from.
But yuppers, for a mere $12 you can get this super killer n TASTY (we're not kidding, their food is hella delish) mixed plate, complete with teriyaki chicken n teriyaki pork. I swear the plate weighed a few pounds, and they TOTALLY PACK the plate, so much that you couldn't close the cover. Now that's what you call a plate lunch, hahaha. But yup, it was soooo much food, the crew had to pair up to eat one plate lunch, haha, good times!
