Street Jamz Werkout is part of yet another worthy cause... this time for Hawai'i 5-2-1-0 campaign. This Saturday, April 21, at the Bishop Museum's Bowman Halau Wa`a from 9:00am-12:00pm, good ole Mara will be teaching anyone who's interested, the choreography for the 5210 song at the YMCA's Healthy Kids Day. Healthy Kids Day is an all day, FREE event open to anyone with a kama`äina or military ID.
At 12:30pm, everyone who knows the 5210 number will have the opportunity to perform it in front of the masses... it'll be super fun!

5 servings of fruits, roots n veggies...
2 hours or less of video, computer n TV screen time...
