Below is the order form for the long-awaited first design of our SJW shirts. Yee-haw macadamia nut! Our inaugural design is nicknamed "Spinal Tap" complete with SJW slogan running down the back. Now are we sassifying our shirts or what?!
There's two ways you can order a shirt (or few):
1. By downloading the form below, print it out and get it to Mara with your cash or check payment (checks to be made out to Mara Bacon Chang)
2. By ordering online at http://streetjamzwerkout.bigcartel.com (The link to our online store is also located here on our blog, just look at the left side of our page.)
All of our shirts will be printed using a permanent digital ink process, on 100% cotton, so the colors may appear slightly muted than pictured.
All orders must be processed and completed by 11:59pm, Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
Shirt orders will be available for pick-up beginning Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Pono Ola Festival at Windward Mall from 10:00-4:00pm. Feel free to look for any of the SJW crew members to pick-up your order.
O'ahu shirt orders will be available thereafter for pick-up at any of our SJW class locations. (Central YMCA, Boogie Down Productions or Ballet Hawai'i)
Maui orders will be sent to Charli, and she will be contacting you with information on how you can pick up your shirt.
