Street Jamz Werkout "werks it" at Team Piko Volleyball fundraiser...

What an awesome day it was today,

Street Jamz Werkout, along with O'ahu's greatest in Zumba instructors came together today to participate in Team Piko Volleyball Club's fundraiser at Washington Middle School.  Nearly 100 people were there in attendance, and got their sweat on to some hella awesome jams.   Street Jamz Werkout's very own Mara Bacon Chang was the master of ceremonies for the event.  Street Jamz Werkout's set included mixes from LMFAO, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Sean Paul and Pitbull, just to name a few.

As always, the parents and players of Team Piko Volleyball Club were awesome hosts.  They provided participants with fresh water and fruits.  What was even more impressive was at the ending of the fundraiser, they provided all of the instructors with gifts and personally thanked each of the Street Jamz Werkout and Zumba instructors for volunteering their time.

You gotta love a volleyball club that practices Hawaiian values in all aspects.  So to team Piko Volleyball Club, mahalo nui for inviting us, and we got your back come time for your next Z-thon fundraiser...werd.

Mahalo nui loa for coming and jamming with us. We love and appreciate you all, especially our favorite, Aunty Mara, whose been werking out our girls since June. Mahalo piha for commenting on the way our club operates. I feel proud that you could see and feel our Hawaiian-ness. It is important that our players, parents, and coaches exude integrity, humbleness, and pride--pono, ha'aha'a, and ha'aheo!
